General
The top priority for SGP Schneider Geiwitz is the responsible use of personal data is a top.
We will store and process the personal data (including attachments) transmitted for the purpose of handling the application process. Information about your ethnic origin; political, religious or philosophical convictions; membership in unions; health or sexual orientation is not collected for these purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data storage
The data is stored in encrypted form in a German data centre and hosted by d.vinci (owner).
Data access
For the purpose of the selection process the responsible HR manager, the hiring manager and any commissioned partner (recruiting agency) will access your data. These employees are prohibited from using the data for their own purposes and are subject to confidentiality. Your data is protected against unauthorized access by encrypted transmission and storage, a role and authorization concept, a data backup concept and measures to protect material secrecy.
You have to ensure that the data you submit is truthful, correct, clear and up-to-date.
Deletion of data
Your application will be saved 6 months after the application process has been completed and will then be automatically deleted. All data that allow an identification and all files (attachments) will be blanked from the system. Please contact he responsible HR manager if you want your data to be deleted earlier, or use the contact details below.
If an employment relationship comes about as a result, the data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions.
Data management
Due to the nature of the internet and computer systems SGP Schneider Geiwitz assumes no liability for the uninterrupted availability of the website or the e-recruiting tool, the correctness and accuracy of the information contained therein or for the property rights and copyrights of third parties.
Exclusion of liability
The liability on the part of SGP Schneider Geiwitz is excluded, unless there is a mandatory liability, for example in the case of gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.
Cookies
The application places temporary cookies on your PC. These are session-related, do not contain any personal data and are automatically deleted as soon as they close the browser.
